Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to services provided by Elda Consulting Pty Ltd ("ELDA Consulting", "we", "us", or "our"). ELDA Consulting provides B2B technology consulting, cloud, web application, mobile application, integration, proof-of-concept, delivery support, documentation, training, and related professional services.

We do not sell physical goods through this website. Refunds are therefore assessed in relation to professional services, project work, paid consultations, and agreed service deliverables.

1. General Refund Position

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments for services already performed are non-refundable. This includes consulting time, discovery work, technical analysis, architecture reviews, development work, project management, documentation, training, meetings, support, and other professional services already delivered or partly delivered.

Any refundable deposit, milestone payment, retainer, or cancellation arrangement must be stated in the applicable proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement.

3. Cancellation Before Work Starts

If you cancel before any work has started, we may refund amounts paid after deducting any reasonable costs already incurred, including administration, planning, payment processing fees, third-party charges, or reserved capacity where applicable.

4. Cancellation After Work Starts

If you cancel after work has started, you remain responsible for payment for work performed, approved expenses, committed costs, non-cancellable third-party charges, and any applicable notice period agreed in writing.

5. Third-Party Costs

Third-party costs are not refundable by ELDA Consulting. These may include cloud usage, hosting, domains, software licences, app store fees, API usage, payment processing fees, subscriptions, contractor costs, paid tools, or other external services purchased or used for your project.

6. Disputed Charges or Deliverables

If you believe an invoice, charge, or deliverable is incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@eldaconsult.co.za. We will review the matter in good faith against the agreed scope, deliverables, approvals, timesheets, correspondence, and project records.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where practical, or another agreed method. Refund timing may depend on the payment provider, bank, and any required verification checks.
